Dr. Mohaad A. Faraj,

He is a board-certified surgical prosthodontist, the only one in the area. That specialty took years of training beyond dental school: a doctorate and a Master of Dental Sciences from the University of Connecticut, where he was selected as Chief Resident and awarded the Hanau "Best of the Best" Award, the program's highest honor for clinical excellence. He is a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists, a credential earned by examination.
Prosthodontics is the specialty of rebuilding teeth. Surgical prosthodontics means Dr. Faraj is trained to perform both halves of implant treatment: the surgery that places the implants, and the restoration that becomes your new smile. Here, one doctor plans your case, performs your surgery, and delivers your final teeth. Start to finish. Common Questions
What exactly does the $50 cover?
A full clinical exam with Dr. Faraj, digital X-rays, a 3D CT scan, a personalized treatment plan with your exact pricing, and financing guidance. The $50 fee covers the visit and is not applied toward the cost of treatment.
Why do you ask about credit and a co-signer?
So we can send you the right financing options before your visit instead of after. If your credit is limited, a co-signer or our in-house 50/50 plan often opens up options that a lender alone would not. Answering these questions does not run your credit and does not commit you to anything.
Am I a candidate for implants?
Most people with missing teeth, failing teeth or dentures are eligible for a consultation, including many who have been told they have bone loss. Whether implants are right for you is a clinical decision Dr. Faraj makes after your exam and 3D scan, not something a website can answer.
Is sedation included?
IV sedation is included only with the $24,999 per-arch All-Inclusive Full-Arch Package. All other treatment options include oral sedation.
Can I pay monthly?
Many patients do. We work with Cherry, CareCredit and Proceed, and we offer an in-house 50/50 payment plan. All outside financing is subject to credit approval and not all applicants will qualify.
How long is the consultation?
Plan for about an hour. That includes your scan, your time with Dr. Faraj and a walkthrough of your plan and payment options.
